Center Director
Shayna Hilton has worked in the child care field since 2017, joining Young Explorers in March 2024. She also brings to this role a bachelor’s degree in human development & family studies from Kent State University with a concentration in child and youth development.
Her passion for working with children became present at a very young age when she was constantly playing “School” or “House” with her siblings. Her previous roles as a toddler teacher and an early childhood mental health specialist
