At Young Explorers, our ambitious academic program exceeds the Ohio Department of Education Academic Content Standards, while our Montessori Method provides gentle instruction to ensure students are confidently prepared for kindergarten.
As the first Young Explorers school, we have proudly served Aurora families since 2002. Our Aurora campus began in a charming century home with 12 students and six staff members. This historic home once belonged to the famous painter Archibald Willard, known for painting "The Spirit of '76." A year after opening, we expanded the school, tripling its size and adding an indoor gym.
